Financing
When you buy land you normally pay 10% deposit with balance payable within two months, or special arrangements can be made. When you contract to have a villa built, you normally pay 25% on contract signature, 25 % when frame of house has been constructed, 25% at the roof stage and 25% on completion.
These arrangements are flexible and can be modified to suit individual customers.
 
Theomaria, as the owner and developer, can arrange for the 40% of the cost of the property to be paid in monthly or quarterly installments over periods of 2 to 10 years, at a fixed interest percentage, plus a 2% commission once only on the borrowed amount.
 
Designers and architects
We offer a large variety of properties in the southern and south-western part of Cyprus (Paphos, Limassol, Larnaca area). We also converts and rebuilds old, small or large houses in the cities from near ruins into beautiful, modern homes.
